Supervising Physician
Steve Yoelin, MD
Steve Yoelin, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist based in Orange County, California, with over 22 years of experience in minimally invasive medical aesthetics, such as techniques using dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, and neurotoxins, as well as fat reduction procedures.
Dr. Yoelin has trained other clinicians through 2,500+ industry-sponsored global training programs and hundreds of continuing medical education programs. He has also led dozens of clinical trials (Phases 1-4) and investigator-initiated trials and has authored or co-authored many peer-reviewed journal articles, posters, presentations, and a book chapter. In addition, he has been awarded several patents for his research.
Dr. Yoelin has performed dozens of fresh-frozen cadaver dissections over the past several years. He completed his Doctor of Medicine degree and ophthalmology residency at the University of California, Irvine. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture science and management, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Davis, where he was a member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.

Anisa Mudawar, DNP, FNP-C
Anisa Mudawar, DNP, FNP-C, is a highly accomplished aesthetic injector, educator, and industry leader with a strong foundation in both critical care and aesthetic medicine. She made history as the youngest in the country to achieve her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2015, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to education and excellence.
Her career began in the ICU, where she developed advanced critical care skills, equipping her with the ability to manage emergent situations with confidence. She then transitioned to aesthetics, starting her career as a nurse practitioner at UCI Plastic Surgery, where she assisted in facelifts and gained an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy.
Rated top 100 injectors in America with ten years of experience in aesthetic injecting and seven years as the founder of Beauty Boost Med Spa, Anisa has built a highly reputable practice that prioritizes natural-looking results. She believes in enhancing rather than augmenting beauty, ensuring patients achieve optimal correction by charging per area rather than per syringe.
Beyond her clinical practice, Anisa is a dedicated educator and AMI trainer. She trains injectors across the U.S. through her online platform on Patreon, where she shares advanced techniques and best practices. She also offers private, hands-on mentorship through her in-person training program, Beauty Boost Aesthetic Academy, helping providers refine their skills and elevate their expertise in aesthetic medicine.

Christine Tong, NP, FNP-BC
Christine Tong, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a highly skilled injector at Beauty Boost Med Spa, where she specializes in PDO threads and advanced injectables. With a background in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, Christine is dedicated to providing non-surgical facial rejuvenation that enhances natural beauty and restores youthful contours.
Trained extensively by our founder, Anisa, DNP, Christine has mastered the art of facial balancing, skin rejuvenation, and collagen stimulation. Her expertise in PDO threads allows her to offer cutting-edge, non-surgical lifting techniques that tighten and contour the face while promoting long-term collagen production. Whether it’s lifting the midface, defining the jawline, or improving skin texture, her meticulous approach ensures natural and long-lasting results.
Christine’s passion for aesthetics is rooted in her scientific background—she holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and Nursing and started her healthcare journey in Nephrology and Pain Management before pursuing a Master’s in Nursing. Her deep understanding of skin health and anatomy enables her to deliver personalized, high-quality treatments that address a range of aesthetic concerns.

Jessica Avalos, RN
Jessica is an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse who began her career as an aesthetic medical assistant and surgical technician in facial plastic surgery. She always knew she wanted to be an aesthetic nurse and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, magna cum laude, from Concordia University. During her education, she worked as a professional artist and aesthetic injector, and after as an aesthetic nurse.
With a love for natural results, Jessica believes that when injecting it is imperative to be artistic and have a discerning eye to achieve the best outcomes. She loves facial balancing and catering to each patient’s unique anatomical needs. Boosting her patient’s confidence brings her joy and is her favorite thing about her job.
Jessica is passionate about helping patients look as youthful on the outside as they feel on the inside. She enjoys staying on top of the latest and greatest technologies, current research, and is always continuing to advance her skill set in the continuously evolving field of aesthetics.

Evelyn is a dedicated licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare and beauty. With two years of experience in the medical spa field, Evelyn has established herself as a knowledgeable professional committed to delivering exceptional service and results to her clients. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2021 and shortly transitioned into aesthetics, driven by a fascination with skin and the artistry of facials.
As a licensed esthetician, Evelyn expanded her knowledge by attending industry conventions and staying updated with the latest advancements in skincare treatments and technology. She holds certifications in a variety of specialized treatments and products, including BioRePeel, Vi Peel, and HydraFacial, demonstrating her commitment to providing safe and effective skincare solutions.
Evelyn’s patients appreciate her personalized approach and her ability to recommend the most suitable treatments based on their unique skin care needs. Her goal is to not only enhance their outer beauty but also boost their confidence and well-being through professional skincare services.
